This is a very good book. It shows what the anabaptist went through and still kept true to their faith in God and His Holy word. They suffered persecution, burning at the stake, drownings, burrying alive just to name a few of the catholic churchs methods and some were used against them by the protestants also. Great book that informs us of our Baptist history.

I loved this book. There were a couple of areas that it moved slow, but overall it was one that I didn't want to put down.
Most Christians and certainly most Americans have no sense of the
persecution that millions have suffered in the name of Jesus Christ. But what very few seem to know is that this suffering was at the hands of the Roman Catholic Church. This book tells the story.
