The author of this book, Is the direct ancestor of my Husband ,Joseph Michael Freeman. It is his great,great,great,great...grandfather. We are so proud and blessed to have this beautifully written account, which stresses the importance of Godly influence upon governing. I hope to view the original book at the Harvard library soon with out family, and visit the saddle and pinion monuments where his family is buried. They founded Sandwich Mass. and did so much for the colonization of that area. It is a wonderful account, insightful. I enjoyed reading the History of Cape Cod 1&2 immensely.
