This book is a work of art. It's not so much the story that makes it amazing, but the narration by Death, with a profound statement about Humanity on every page. This book was one of the few books I've read that's been able to make me cry. I found myself not only crying but sobbing at the end. Markus Zusak has a skill for illuminating the beauty in words.
