This textbook will simplify complicated legal topics for any student. Every legal concept is supported by an example, demonstrating the application of law to facts and lightening the workload significantly. Thorough and complete, virtually all major crimes and defenses are explored. If not required for a class, this textbook is inexpensive and could function as a supplement to a dry and complicated textbook or case study in law school.
