About the author (1999)

Daniel A. Tauber and Brenda Kienan have produced and directed Web sites for Fortune 500 companies and the search engine and publishing industries. Tauber holds a degree in computer science, while Kienan has a knack for writing in plain English. Their eleven previous books for Sybex include Mastering Netscape Communicator 4, Surfing the Internet with Netscape Communicator 4, Mastering Microsoft FrontPage 98, and other Internet and database titles.

Molly E. Holzschlag is the author of six Web design and HTML books, including web by design: The Complete Reference from Sybex. She currently manages the Web Design Community on MSN, contributes a regular column to CNET's Builder.com, designs Web sites, and teaches Web design. Molly was named one of the Top 25 Most Influential Women on the Web i n 1998.
