excercises are really great with good illustrations and gives you both forms on machine and options with weights. good verbal descriptions as well . But the explanations on compound excercise workout program for starters is confusing and unclear. Its lists one excercise for each muscle group then about 12 groups to cover in one day. It seems too much for beginners.. It does clearly describe advanced sets for an ab work out and I would give the rating a 3 to 4 due to the confusion.
