This is an excellent read for anyone who wants to begin the Paleo lifestyle. I like the fact that Durant really did a lot of research and talked to many experts around the country about human history and how our eating habits have evolved. Read full review
Life changing book for me. Finally a fitness book that makes sense. So much health and nutrition is based on bad science, which this book identifies. Basic questions that many "experts" fail to answer such as "why is organic good?" are addressed in this book. Very refreshing. This book also openly states it doesn't have all the answers, but its logical approach to problem solving many of the fitness/nutrition questions that exist today is first rate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a change in both mental and physical health. It's not just a diet book either -- it's a lifestyle!
