About the author (2004)

Timothy P. Weber (Ph.D., University of Chicago Divinity School) has served as president of Memphis Theological Seminary and was vice president and dean at Northern Baptist Seminary. He taught church history at Denver Seminary and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also the author of Living in the Shadow of the Second Coming: American Premillennialism, 1875-1982.
