About the author

The author is retired Dy. Supdt of Police as well as Handwriting Expert. During the year 2006 after being registered as an advocate with STATE BAR COUNCIL OF ODISHA practiced as an advocate and defended accused persons in the Courts for a period of six years and gained experience and insight into the corruption laws.
