This book is an excellent read for the scholar who seeks to enhance their understanding of knowledge management. The author, Kimiz Dalkir, has done an outstanding job of searching the literature. I would highly recommend this text for the serious student.

About the author (2005)

Kimiz Dalkir is Associate Professor at McGill University's Graduate School of Information and Library Studies. A practitioner in the field for seventeen years, she has advised more than twenty companies on the design, development, and evaluation of knowledge-based systems.
