The "Blonde Bomber", Dave Draper takes the reader through an incredible journey in the world of bodybuilding, from his unique perspective. An outstanding writer, motivmator and approachable style has you running for the gym to engage in lifting weights for so many great reasons. You get the feeling wrote this book especially for you, and is talking directly to you, with purpose and fellowship only Big D could do! For lifters of all ages, but incredible for the over 50 crowd who grew up during the golden years when Dave was the Man!
