If you are interested in the chemistry physiology and neuroscience of exactly how exercise makes us feel better this is the book. He does a great job making this material entertaining although it is still science!. Makes a great case for exercise as therapy both cognitive and pharmacological. Read full review

The formatting of the book and tone of the author makes this "revolutionary new science" easy access. The science and conversation in the first two chapters alone were sufficient motivation for me to start seriously exercising again after a decade-long lapse! Seriously awesome stuff.
