"Your Best Health Today" is the groundbreaking work of author Paul DeGange R.N. DeGange brings together knowledge from the fields of personal development, psychology and physiology to expose the misinformation we have all been fed year after year. In its place, DeGange offers a healthy approach for life in the 21st century.By the time you have finished reading Your Best Health Today, you will have the knowledge to: • Formulate your own weight control plan while eating the foods you enjoy; • Design your own fitness plan that will be free from painful exercise; • Manage destructive addictive behavior patterns such as smoking and over-eating; • Overcome fear-based thinking by employing principles of scientific analysis; • Gain mastery over negative emotional states so that you can experience confidence and success. As an added bonus, you will be given the tools to decipher the “natural” and other "health" claims food providers try to tell us are superior to everything else in the supermarket.
