About the author (1986)

JACK GROPPEL, Ph.D., is an internationally known speaker and business consultant. A pioneer in the development and employment of sport science training techniques and programs, he has a Ph.D. in physiology with a specialty in performance. He is a partner in LGE Performance Systems with James E. Loehr, bestselling author of Stress for Success.
BOB ANDELMAN is also the coauthor of Built from Scratch, The Profit Zone, and Mean Business.
