Very interesting read; regaurdless of your political presuasion. Alinsky's biases are easily decoded, and by reading with an understanding of the author's bias you can glean a wealth of information. This book is particularly revealing of the shear power struggle that was fighting for control of this country. It lays open the progressive tactics used to attain such power; how manipulation of the masses through a dynamic individual a loyal army of people can be built. This book also leads the critical reader to ask many questions about the rise to this power structure; the simplicity of assent in the beginning of Lewis career appears to be leaving out details.
