About the author (2014)

 Ronald Edwards was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He was born into a family of eleven children, with seven sisters and three brothers.

After years of writing and singing music, he has now devoted his attention to writing poetry.

He likes to read Khalil Gibran, Nikki Giovanni, and Donald Goines.

Having begun his writing career with poetry, the poet hopes to one day write an autobiography, so as to give his readers a better idea of the trials and tribulations that he has endured.

The poet believes that it is up to the individual to make the right choices in life, and that no one can makes those calls for you. He believes it is important not to lose focus on one’s self, one’s education, and to be aware of the company you keep.
