Niklaus Kinbacher's forebears lived in Buchen in the Odenwald. He married Johanna Margaret Spinner of Werbach in the Tauber River Valley. John Cordie was from Lorch in the Rhine River Gorge and the Wex family left Nieder-Mörlen on the outskirts of Bad Nauheim.
