Data Insights in Civil Justice : NSW Supreme Court "The report explores the quality and utility of data extracted from the NSW Supreme Court data system, JusticeLink, for policy purposes. This review primarily involved the analysis of 'point in time' JusticeLink data for 6,887 Supreme Court civil cases closed for the first time in 2016. These include 5,852 claim cases and 1,035 application under corporations law cases.
