I like this type of book for our Book Babies storytimes. Throughout most of the book, the rhyming seemed to scan pretty well, but the hippo page didn't quite work. In rhyming texts, this is pretty important to me. Still, I may give it a go, and see how my families like it. Read full review

Margaret Anastas is the coauthor of the New York Times best-seller Thanksgiving is For Giving Thanks. She has worked in children's books for many years and lives in Pelham, New York, with her husband, Greg, and their two children, Owen and Zoe.
