About the author (1996)

Jean Yates teaches Spanish at George Washington University. She has also taught Spanish as a second language on the high school and community college levels and to adults in the workplace. She is the author of several books on Spanish and ESL including the bestselling "Master the Basics: English", "Domino lo basico", "Pronunce it Perfectly in Spanish", "Beginning Spanish for the Utterly Confused", and "Correct Your Spanish Blunders".
