The Baron's Apprenticeship
Story of Richard, the apprentice. While an infant, he had been rescued from someone who viewed him as a threat, and his childhood and eventual apprenticeship as a bookbinder were marked by steady growth, both as a man of integrity and a skilled artisan. As a young man, Richard unknowingly returns to the estate of his birth, hired as a bookbinder to repair old volumes in the library.
