About the author (2006)
Bill Wiggin was elected in 2001 for Leominster. He became Shadow Minister for the Environment in 2003, before going on to be Shadow Secretary of State for Wales in 2004. In 2005 he took back the Environment brief before moving on to Agriculture and Fishing. Bill lives with his wife Milly near Ledbury in Herefordshire. They have two children, Rosie and Jack, and are expecting a third child in March. Bill's interests include motorbikes, diving, and he breeds poultry and Hereford cattle. Prior to being elected MP for Leominster in 2001, Bill Wiggin had worked for Commerzbank. Bill also served as an Officer in the Territorial Army with the Royal Welch Fusiliers and the Royal Yeomanry.
