Kim McCosker is an Australian author and entrepreneur. She holds a Degree in International Finance from Griffith University and trained as a Financial Planner with MLC through Deakin University. She is a self-taught cook and the co-author (with Rachael Bermingham) of the 4 Ingredients cookbook. Her recent bestseller include, 4 Ingredients Healthy Diet, and The Easiest Slow Cooker Book Ever!
