About the author (2016)

Bruce Peter is Reader in Design History at The Glasgow School of Art. He has written numerous books on various aspects of modern merchant ship design and operation. Recent publications include Danish Liners Around the World (Nautilus Forlag, 2014) and Museet i Dokken (Arvinius+Orfeus, 2013).
