Los destierrados

Front Cover
El Fin de la Noche, 2009 - Argentina - 169 pages
This is a story of social decay and paranoia unleased by state terrorism by Argentina's military dictatorship and those fleeing it's effects. The narration involves two groups of neighbors, some displaced from their homes in barracks by the construction of a highway and the other group by the flooding as a result of the dam. Los destierrados shows a series of contradictions and disjunctions that are reflected in the itineraries of the two groups of displaced persons.
