The book's perforated format incorporates exercises that were formerly included in a companion workbook (Industrial/Organizational Psychology in Action), provides students with a complete, integrated learning tool. In addition, you'll now find balanced coverage of the industrial and organizational aspects of I/O Psychology. Throughout the book, Aamodt consistently encourages students to develop skills they may use in the workplace, such as how to improve the validity of checking references, how to write rejection letters, and how to conduct performance evaluations.
